1. Shipping Regions & Collection

We deliver orders within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Customers may choose either:

• Standard delivery within Switzerland

• Priority delivery within Switzerland

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over CHF 60.00

• Free Pick-Up 

Available options and applicable costs are displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• From 17 July 2026, order picking, packing and dispatch will be professionally handled by our trusted fulfilment partner, Stiftung Brändi Produktion Kriens, on behalf of Mathis Trading GmbH.

• Orders are dispatched via Swiss Post Economy or Swiss Post Priority, depending on the shipping option selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Swiss Post Economy: 1–2 business days

• Swiss Post Priority: Next business day

• Orders placed before 14:00 are generally handed over to Swiss Post on the same business day, subject to product availability and operational capacity.

• For large quantities, special orders, wholesale orders, or products requiring additional production, preparation and dispatch may take up to 2–3 weeks. Customers will be informed accordingly. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. production delays, supply chain disruptions, force majeure), longer lead times may apply.

3. Minimum Order Quantity, Samples & Bulk Orders

Minimum Order Quantity, Samples & Bulk Orders Unless otherwise stated on the product page, there is no minimum order quantity for standard online shop purchases. Certain products, packaging units, or B2B offers may be subject to minimum order quantities (e.g. carton, pallet, or wholesale units). Any such minimum quantities are clearly indicated on the product page or communicated in a written offer. Customers who wish to request samples must contact us in advance via the Contact Form. Product samples are available exclusively for business customers and only after our prior written approval. For large or bulk quantities (e.g. pallet or wholesale orders), customers must contact us directly to receive a custom quotation covering pricing, packaging, delivery conditions, and lead times.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs – Switzerland 

Private Customers 

We deliver orders within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

The following shipping options are available during checkout:

• Standard Shipping (Swiss Post Economy): CHF 7.90

• Priority Shipping (Swiss Post Priority): CHF 9.80

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over CHF 60.00

• Free Pick-Up 

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

Business Customers 

Shipping costs for business customers, distributors, retailers, wholesale, pallet or other commercial orders are determined individually.

Delivery methods, shipping costs, lead times and any special transport requirements are agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Depending on the order quantity, destination, packaging requirements or logistics, we may use Swiss Post or another suitable transport provider. For B2B enquiries, please contact us at info@biomatra.ch

5. International Deliveries

For bulk or cross-border orders, please contact us directly before ordering. We will provide a custom quotation for product, packaging, shipping, and duties. International delivery is subject to local import rules and mutual written agreement.

6. Pick-Up Option

Customers may select Pick-Up during checkout.

Pick-up is free of charge. 

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability.

From 17 July 2026, pick-up orders will be prepared and handled by Stiftung Brändi Produktion Kriens.

Customers must present their Order Confirmation when collecting their order.

7. Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched:

• Standard Shipping (Swiss Post Economy): usually 1-2 business days

• Priority Shipping (Swiss Post Priority): usually next business day

For wholesale, pallet, custom or other special orders, delivery times are agreed individually in writing before order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Mathis Trading GmbH is not liable for delays caused by Swiss Post, force majeure, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Tracking

Customers will receive a Swiss Post tracking link by e‑mail once the order has been dispatched. For Pick Up option - customers will be notified by e-mail when the order is ready for collection.

9. Transfer of Risk

According to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR Art. 185 ff.), the risk passes to the customer upon hand‑over of the goods to the carrier. Customers should inspect parcels promptly upon delivery and report any visible damage to both the carrier and us without delay.

10. Returns

Returns are accepted only with our prior written approval and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and General Terms & Conditions. Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
