• Biomatra® probiotic cleaners and odour neutralisers are built on advanced formulations that combine Gram-positive beneficial soil bacteria from the Bacillus genus. These microorganisms are non-pathogenic, not genetically modified, and carefully isolated from nature. Recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) under the Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) list, they are considered non-toxic and well-suited for everyday cleaning applications.

• The formulations behind Biomatra® products were created through years of research and development by a team of Belgian and Bulgarian scientists, using four carefully selected Bacillus strains to design innovative, nature-friendly cleaning solutions. Some of these formulations have been tested in independent European laboratories, including the Institute of Microbiology at BAN and the AIR Label Belgium certification laboratory, confirming their performance and regulatory compliance.

• Biomatra® products combine this scientific foundation with modern eco-conscious standards. They deliver cleaning performance comparable to conventional products, but without aggressive chemicals, hazard symbols, or unnecessary risks. Instead, they are easy to use, biodegradable, lightly fragranced with hypoallergenic perfume compositions, and designed with respect for the environment.

• All products are manufactured in strict accordance with EU standards and regulatory requirements, with samples retained from production batches for two years. New formulations undergo at least six months of testing before reaching the market. In Switzerland, Biomatra® is proudly registered in the Swiss Chemicals Register, ensuring full compliance with national safety and regulatory frameworks.
